Peter M. Vessenes, CEO
Peter has served as a high-level corporate adviser since 1983. Projects that began with assisting presidents of Fortune 100 companies broadened to include mid-sized corporations, closely held companies, start-ups, and assisting in capital formation.
Peter is a popular platform speaker and the co-author of the book Building Your Multi-Million-Dollar Practice. The book outlines practical suggestions and proven techniques for putting the factors in place that create a highly productive, prosperous financial services practice with less stress, while serving the critical needs of clients.
Peter is also founder and principal of the consulting firm Vestment Advisors in Chanhassen Minnesota, a hands-on organization helping entrepreneurs and industry leaders transform their corporations through trying times.
He has worked with Financial Network Investment Corp, Texas Instruments, Woodbury Financial, H.D. Vest, Merrill Lynch, State Farm, Pacific West Financial Group, Digital Equipment Corporation, NCR, ING, LPL Financial, and more.

Galen Vetter, Chairman of the Board
Galen is an associate and board member for several companies. Current board positions include Land O’Lakes, Inc. and Atrium, Inc. Prior board positions include Franklin Templeton France S.A. (France); Franklin Templeton Asset Management S.A (France); Franklin Templeton International Services S.A. (Luxembourg); Franklin Templeton Management LUX S.A. (Luxembourg).
Galen has almost 40 years of experience working, leading and consulting with organizations around the world. He served in various roles at McGladrey, including Regional Managing Partner and Executive Partner. He served as CFO and Senior Vice President at Franklin Templeton Investments. He also served as CEO of Rust Consulting in Minneapolis.
Galen is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, and became a Board Leadership Fellow in 2012. He previously served
Richard Shorma, Board Member
Richard Shorma has been involved with the Shorma Family Company’s for over 35 years and brings to the Vestment team a variety of Leadership and Business experiences. He has served on several boards of Directors, administrative and manufacturing capacities giving him a broad view of disciplines required to grow and prosper in business. He currently serves as chairman of the board for Shurco a Shorma Family company and shareholder in several other Shorma owned entities.
Professionally, Richard’s achievements formerly include serving on the Board of Director’s for the Dakota’s Manufacturing Partnership, a partnership between states and the Federal Government to promote lean manufacturing techniques along with other lean services applicable to other industries, currently a member of the Board of Regents for the University of Mary,
Married to Rose Shorma and they have 5 Children.

Mike Muhney, Board Member
Mike is the CEO and Co-Founder of VIPorbit Software, that is the only full-featured mobile relationship manager designed for managing business with Apple products. Mike is also the Co-Founder and Co-Inventor of ACT!, creator of the original category called Contact Managers, and acknowledged as the catalyst for today’s CRM industry.
Mike was born and raised in Chicago and graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a B.S. in Finance with Honors. He has also worked with IBM and Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Manager and as one of only three global spokesmen for their CRM practice.
Martin Moschitz, CTO
Martin earned his MSc. in Computer Science at Graz University of Technlogy. He is passionate about building highly scalable, data-driven web applications. Prior to joining ProfitSee, Inc., he ran his own software development company and worked for international companies, such as Yahoo! Inc. In his spare time, Martin loves windsurfing, mountain biking, and traveling the world.
David Fredrickson, Chief of Staff, Client Management Director
David is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, having received a BA in Business from the Carlson School of Management. David has been with ProfitSee since 2010, his experience with the company includes: marketing, sales, product development, customer support, and more. He is passionate about helping small to mid-sized businesses reach their full potential. In his spare time, David enjoys, backpacking, fishing, canoeing, and hiking.
Jaime Rengel, Customer Support Manager
Jaime has the chance to put her Associates Degree in Business Management to great use in her role at ProfitSee. Jaime says one of the favorite parts of her job is being able to talk to so many great people that are helping business owners understand and grow their business’. She also loves the opportunity to talk to people from all over the U.S. and now globally from New Zealand to South Africa, to name a few, since the release CFO by ProfitSee’s.
Brooke Roberts, Marketing Coordinator
Brooke graduated from the University of St. Thomas in December of 2012 with a double major in Communications and French. Passionate in Advertising and Marketing, Brooke has completed multiple internships at ad agencies around the Twin Cities in Minnesota. She came on board at ProfitSee Inc. in early 2013.
Thomas Wiesner, Lead Back-End Developer
Thomas is currently studying Computer Science at Graz Univeristy of Technology. Thomas is an expert in Back-End development and specializes in PHP, SQL and Java almost better than his native language. Hungry for satisfying solutions and eager for getting things done.
